TWWWG Dec 11, 2023 Holiday Party

Join the TWWWG members for their Holiday party at:

Monday, December 11th – beginning at 6 p.m.

We were able to reserve the dining room side of the restaurant for our holiday party. Food will be provided as a self-serve, catered event. I’ll be sending out more details on the event, including a survey to collect RSVP data and a better idea of how much and what type of food to pre-order.

For reference, our catered options include pasta trays (fettuccine alfredo with chicken, baked ziti, spaghetti), salad trays, large calzones or stromboli, pizza, and garlic knots. They will serve non-alcoholic drinks as part of the meal. You will be able to buy adult beverages on your own at their bar, including a limited selection of beer by the bottle, glass or pitcher, or wine.

The guild will pay for the meal and non-alcoholic drinks. We will ask each attendee to contribute $10 per person upon arrival, which should keep the balance of the guild contribution to a very reasonable cost of around $10 per attendee.

We’re still putting together details on any other activities. If anyone has ideas they’d like to see us try at this event, please contact me! Please watch for and respond to the RSVP form coming in the next couple weeks.
